Abstract

【課題】安価な点火コイルの高圧端子側のスプリング接続方法を提供する。 【解決手段】絶縁性樹脂製の高圧タワー部23に、高圧端子22を上方から圧入する筒状の圧入部24を一体成形すると共に、圧入部24の下端に、スプリング収容空間28を備える。高圧端子22は、スプリング26を予め組み付けた状態で、高圧タワー部23のスプリング収容空間28とは反対側の上方から、圧入部24内に後圧入されるため、従来の高圧端子インサート成形方式ではアンダカットになる脱落防止部27の樹脂一体成形をアンダカットにならずに実現できる。 【選択図】図1
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring connection method of a high voltage terminal side of a low cost ignition coil. <P>SOLUTION: In a high voltage tower portion 23 made of insulating resin, a cylindrical press-fit portion 24 is integrally molded, in which a high voltage terminal 22 is press-fitted from above, and a spring accommodation space 28 is provided at the lower end of a press-fit portion 24. Since the high voltage terminal 22 is post press-fitted with a spring 26 being attached in advance from above in the opposite direction of the spring accommodation space 28 of the high voltage tower portion 23 into the press-fit portion 24, it is possible to realize a resin integral molding of a dropout prevention portion 27 without becoming undercut, which used to be undercut in the traditional high voltage terminal insertion forming method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
